Der T\u00eate de Moine AOP ist kein gew\u00f6hnlicher K\u00e4se - er ist ein echtes Erlebnis.\n\nSeine Geschichte reicht zur\u00fcck bis ins Jahr 1192, ins Kloster Abtei Bellelay im Schweizer Jura. Schon damals war dieser K\u00e4se so wertvoll, dass er von M\u00f6nchen sogar als Zahlungsmittel verwendet wurde. Heute wird er noch immer nach \u00fcberlieferten Rezepturen hergestellt - mit viel Handwerk, Geduld und Respekt vor der Tradition.<\/p>\n
