Bergfichte
Bergfichte is a soft cheese handmade by Willi Schmid from raw Braunvieh cow milk. Wrapped in fresh spruce bark, it develops a natural reddish colour and a distinctive aroma with lovely resin notes. The cheese offers a creamy texture balanced by a slightly acidic, tangy flavour.
