Jersey Blue is one of Switzerland´s most celebrated blue cheeses and a must-try for every soft cheese lover. Handmade by cheesemaker Willi Schmid and out of raw Jersey milk, it´s very creamy with a distinctive nutty, slightly smoky flavour.
