Appenzeller
Aromatic. Mysterious. Unmistakable.
This famous Swiss classic comes from the Appenzell region, a place rich in tradition and character.
Appenzeller has been produced using traditional methods for over 700 years. Its distinctive flavour comes from the secret herbal brine used to care for the wheels during aging.
The range of Appenzeller cheeses go from creamy, mild, fruity, to savoury and tangy, without losing the typical character of Appenzeller. There is something for every taste preference to be discovered here. (all types available on request)
