On the pastures of the Swiss Alps, the most vibrant array of wildflowers flourish. Our cows graze on these pastures, giving their distinct flavour to the milk and the cheese. We pay homage to this natural beauty by encasing our Wildblütenkäse in a fragrant mixture of wildflowers and herbs after its two-month maturation process. A bite of this soft, ivory delicacy with its edible flower rind will transport you through a colourful experience back to the stunning flower-covered pastures.
