Sbrinz AOP is one of Switzerland’s oldest cheeses with a history dating back to the 16th century.
During its long maturation period of up to 24 months, it develops a firm, crumbly texture and an intense, complex aroma.
Strong, tangy, with fine crystals – a cheese that is not sliced, but cracked.

A classic for connoisseurs.
