Gruyère AOP
A legend with depth.
Gruyère AOP is one of the great names in Swiss cheese culture – and has been for centuries. It originates from the region around Gruyère, set in the Pre-Alps of Western Switzerland.
That’s where they make a cheese known for its balanced flavour profile: slightly fruity, delicately nutty, and increasingly intense as it matures.
The AOP seal guarantees that Gruyère is produced using traditional methods – with a lot of experience, time and care.
It’s a cheese that no cheese platter should be without.
