In the old days, hiking often was the only way for Swiss cheese makers to carry their products to the next town. The Wanderer captures precisely this image: a semi-hard cheese carries the piquant Sbrinz “on its back,” and together they create depth and character.
Fine aging crystals provide structure, while a fruity, slightly tangy aroma unfolds on the palate.
