Originating from the Emmental Valley in the canton of Bern, this cheese has been a culinary staple since the 13th century. Crafted with the freshest milk from cows grazing on the lush, floral meadows of the Emmental region. This range owes its complex, nutty flavour to the ancestral knowledge passed down through generations. This delicacy is not just a treat for the palate but a slice of Swiss heritage. It is made not on one production site but in 95 small independent dairies of the region.
