Our extraordinary Quintal is inspired by two Swiss classics: Emmentaler and Appenzeller. It begins its journey crafted similarly to Emmentaler, but during aging it gets the same care as Appenzeller. This process creates a nutty, mildly sweet and wonderfully strong taste. The result is a cheese that combines the best of both worlds.
