In the past, after the early morning milking on the mountain farm, the farmer’s wife would deliver the fresh milk to the dairy by bicycle. Despite the sometimes cold weather and the harsh mountain terrain, she would always finish the ride with a smile. This cheese will take you on a ride along turquoise lakes and rolling hills. Radlerin is a collection of eastern Switzerland‘s beauty.
