A wide variety of wildflowers and herbs grow in the Alpine meadows—and that’s exactly what our cows feed on. These flavours are later reflected in the cheese.
After aging, the cheese is finished with an aromatic blend of flowers and herbs. The edible rind adds not only colour but also a delicate, flavour-packed twist to the plate.
